We are hosting another Mental Health Workshop with Jan Meier, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. The topic this time is parenting. Parenting has always had its challenges but in our world of cell phones, social media, and confusing values, it is even more difficult. This workshop will discuss practical tools to help raise responsible, compassionate, successful children with Christian values. Our focus will be on communication, limit setting, logical consequences, and making productive choices as well as many other aspects of parenting in today’s world. Discussion will also include the special challenges of parenting adult children. 

 

Childcare is provided for ages Infants – 5th grade.
