Baptism Class
November 15 | 9:00am
Baptism is an important next step to take ... an outward sign that a change has occurred on the inside of a person. It doesn’t make you a believer but shows that you already believe. If you have reached the point in your journey where you have accepted Christ as your Savior, we hope that you will pray about being baptized.
This class is required if you want to participate in the November 25th baptism.

Over two evenings, we’ll explore recent archaeological discoveries, the geography of Israel, and the religious groups and traditions of Jesus’ time.

Understanding the Geography of Israel.
The places in the Bible help tell its story. We’ll walk through Israel’s main travel routes and the locations of key battles, exploring how knowing these places helps us to better understand the Bible.
Understanding the People Groups of the New Testament
Who were the Essenes, Pharisees, and Sadducees? We’ll get to know these groups and explore how today’s jewish calendar compares to the calendar used in Jesus’ time. We’ll take a closer look at these things that shaped the world of the New Testament and more.
